  • Day 3 : Auckland -Christchurch-Mount Cook (by fly )

Once you've collected your car first thing in the airport, your self drive tour around the South Island of New Zealand can commence, as you'll cross the expansive Canterbury plains on your way to Mt Cook. The route via Geraldine is the more scenic option, just before entering McKenzie Country. The Southern Alps seem to be ever increasing in size as you approach closer, and leaving a bigger impression as you carry on.

Lake Tekapo will leave you dazzled with its remarkable turquoise coloured water against the backdrop of the Southern Alps. The picturesque Church of the Good Shepherd is a great place for great photo opportunities, but please note that photos are not allowed inside the church.

Once you arrive at Lake Pukaki, Mt Cook dominates the landscape, and how! It will leave a memorable impression, and the drive along the lake with its green and turquoise water is nothing but spectacular. This is New Zealand driving at its best!

    Accommodation : Mt. Cook Lodge

    Driving distance : 324 km - Driving time : approximately  4 hrs 8 mins

  • Day 4 : Mount Cook

Today you will stay in Mount Cook, in the morning you will have one of the best activities the Tasma Heli Hike . You’ll fly from Mount Cook airport over the gorgeous Tasman Glacier Lake and ice formations on the lower reaches of the Glacier to a location 3000m above sea level and assessed on the day to be safe. Venture on to the surprisingly undulating ice terrain in the shadow of the highest peaks of the Southern Alps (Aoraki and Mount Tasman); equipped with glacier boots and crampons and spend the next 2 hours in another world in the mountains. On the return flight home, you’ll fly close by the massive 1,000 metre high (3,200 feet) Hochstetter Icefall on the eastern face of Aoraki/Mt Cook.

    Activity : Tasma Heli Hike

    Accommodation : Mt. Cook Lodge.

  • Day 5: Mount Cook - Queenstown

As the road takes you further south, you will cross the the Lindis Pass, one of the highest roads in New Zealand. The contrast in scenery will be noticeable as you leave the McKenzie Country and enter Otago.

Wanaka town is nestled below towering mountains, and is a little bit quieter than its neighbour Queenstown. In winters skiers from all over the world flock here for its great skiing, and in summer the impressive mountains provide for a range of adventure activities. You will return to this beautiful town in a few days, but your journey continues to the adventure capital of the world, Queenstown!

Queenstown is synonymous with adventure, and often labelled the "adventure capital of the world". Regardless of the season, Queenstown gets your adrenaline flowing year round, and the options are endless. Want to throw yourself out of a plane in amazing scenery, jump off a bridge in the birthplace of Bungy, jetboat, raft down a river, you name it...Queenstown has it all.

The afternoon is yours to enjoy. Let us know if you would like us to book one of the numerous adventure activities.

    Accommodation : Millennium Queenstown

    Driving distance : 255 km - Driving time : approximately  3 hrs 12 mins

  • Day 6: Queenstown

Today you will take a tour to do the Milford Sound by fly and cruise.

The flight from Queenstown to Milford Sound is an unforgettable insight into a natural realm at its unspoilt best. Fly above the rugged backcountry of Central Otago, before heading westward to where the glacial-fed rivers empty into Lake Wakatipu. As you cross over into the Fiordland National Park, you’ll discover an untouched world of peaks and valleys, where mountains reach into the sea – a landscape forged by the rapid retreat of glaciers.

Upon landing in Milford Sound, join your purpose-built small boat to explore the famous fiord on a two-hour journey of discovery. View cascading waterfalls, immense rock faces, unique wildlife and then voyage out past St Anne's Lighthouse to the Tasman Sea. Listen to the informative commentary, and interact with our hosts while enjoying the complimentary tea, coffee and water on-board. Picnic lunches are available .

Complete your journey with a helicopter flight back to Queenstown, which includes an exclusive alpine snow landing for the ultimate Fiordland experience.

The canopy ride takes approximately 5 minutes. ( This activity you will do it in the morning),and later you will do the Bungy Nevis,Introducing the Most Famous Swing in the World - and we don’t say that lightly.
